30-Day Free Return Period

We understand that your preferences may evolve or unexpected changes can occur. That's why we offer a generous 30-day return window from the date of delivery. 

 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Get in touch with our dedicated customer support team email (support@berglite.com). They will guide you through the return process and assist with any questions you may have.
  2. Print the Return Label: Once your return has been authorized, our team will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Simply print it out.
  3. Disassemble and Pack: Carefully disassemble the furniture items you wish to return. Place all components securely in the original packaging to ensure safe transit.
  4. Packaging Guidelines: Please make sure the items are packed properly to prevent damage during return transit. Include all original accessories, manuals, and any additional parts.
  5. Label the Package: Attach the printed return label to the package in a visible and secure manner.
  6. Schedule Pickup: Reach out to our customer support team to schedule a pickup date for your return package. Our logistics partner will collect the package at your convenience.

Return Conditions

To ensure a successful return, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Furniture items must be disassembled, securely packed, and returned in their original boxes.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and additional components that came with the product.
  • Please ensure the return package is properly labeled with the pre-paid return label.

 

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will promptly process your refund. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned items. All items will undergo inspection upon return; any items returned damaged or not in their original condition will not be accepted. Standard Shipping and White Glove Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. If you need to cancel your initial order, it must be canceled within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exclusion of Refund or Exchange for Customer-Inflicted Damage or Misrepresentation

We are not responsible to refund or exchange a product if we determine that the customer has damaged the product in any way at their own fault or if the customer misrepresents the return request in any way.

Certain items may not be eligible for refund or exchange. For any such products listed as not eligible for refund or exchange, the refund and exchange policy outlined in this return policy will not apply.
